welp it was 145.4

not exactly what i wanted, but its my own fault. I ate during the night. Only some peanut butter and milk, but prob a good 350cals worth. Tonight ill have to come up with a different game plan, and tomorrow morning WILL BE 145.0 or UNDER! promise myself. anyways about to do a couple p90x videos, thinkin that will mix up my routine a bit and help me get past this plateau. Makin today count!

worked out for over 2 hours today and only ate around 900 cals, if that doesnt work idk what will! Going to bed and not having ANY food untill i wake up in the morning!!! this is a big challenge for me because i usually wake up and eat without even thinking. I dont care how hungry i get, i will not have anything besides water. I know it will be hard but i CAN do it. I do have self control. If i wake up i will browse fitblr untill i fall back asleep.

5th day of December…

and i havent lost a single ounce :( Iv worked out hard every day so far and have done pretty well on my diet. I know thats whats holding me back, especially my night eating. Time to kick it up a notch and not give in to a single temptation. I really really want to see lower than 145.8 on the scale tomorrow. Iv seen that exact number for like 2 weeks now and it feels as if im working had just to stay in the same place. Not any more, I promise myself. Its treadmill time, an hour of running/walking. Just had a glass of ice water and going to have oatmeal after. Here we goooo

3 days down

Had really good workouts so far, doing well on the diet as well. Butttt i had a little slip up lastnight, woke up during the night and immediatley had 2 mini snickers then started eating straight out of the peanut butter jar which made my stomach hurt so i purged it :/ I promise NO MORE purging this month. Nights are the hardest, about to head to bed tonight so goal is to only have water and try my hardest to sleep. Tomorrow im doing an intense ab workout and weights too. 2 cups of green tea tomorrow. Wish me luck with day 4!

Extra Lean Turkey Meatballs: 70 calories - 4 meatballs
